Gary Krieger listed our modest condominium in Van Nuys and sold it for a fair price during one of the most difficult periods to be selling. Gary made photos of it easily available on the internet. He also arranged to have some minor repairs made when needed.
When the market conditions looked the bleakest, he arranged to have our condo nicely staged with appealing photographs of the furnished rooms inserted into the website.
In addition, Gary helped weed out ineligible buyers and steered potential buyers to lenders.
